Hi, I’m Sarah Rockoff, MS, CNS, LDN

Renewed Roots Nutrition was born from my own search for answers. After years of dealing with symptoms that didn’t make sense and feeling like nothing I tried was truly helping, I learned how important it is to look deeper into gut health, hormones, metabolism, and inflammation. That experience shaped the way I practice today and the way I support every client who walks through the door.

I’m a Licensed Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) with more than twelve years of experience in the health and wellness field. I completed my Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health to deepen my understanding of how nutrition, digestion, hormones, metabolism, and inflammation all work together. In my practice, I use a blend of personalized nutrition and advanced functional testing to understand what your body needs and what may be driving your symptoms. This approach helps me support people navigating gut issues, hormone shifts, low energy, metabolic challenges, GLP-1 medication needs, and chronic symptoms that haven’t had clear answers.

At Renewed Roots Nutrition, you get clear, realistic guidance based on your biology, your lifestyle, and your goals. Whether you want to improve digestion, balance hormones, support your GLP-1 journey, or finally understand why you don’t feel like yourself, we work together to create a plan that helps your body function the way it’s meant to.

My Approach

My approach focuses on understanding the full picture of your health instead of managing isolated symptoms. I look at how your digestion, hormones, metabolism, nervous system, and daily habits influence one another so we can identify the root causes behind what you’re experiencing. Functional testing is available when deeper insight is needed, but I also create effective plans for clients who prefer to begin without testing. Every recommendation is personalized, realistic, and designed to support long-term change by helping your body function the way it’s meant to.
